Refined, not resurfaced.
You cannot change the size of a pore — but you can change how visible it is. Most of what reads as 'large pores' is a pore stretched open by what is sitting inside it.
Empty it properly and the surrounding skin contracts. This facial does that thoroughly, then firms the skin around each pore so it holds.
